OneWay Sports specializes in assisting both professional and amateur basketball players throughout their careers. Based in Fonthill, Ontario. OneWay Sports prides itself in providing unrivaled service to players and their families while selectively choosing their clients to maintain exceptional service. Our unique experience in professional basketball, the business and youth community allows us to properly support our athletes in all facets of their basketball careers both on and off the court
As a former standout player in highschool, university and professional leagues, Cedric understands the challenges and aspiration of elite athletes firsthand, allowing him to relate to his clients on a personal level and provide valuable insights and guidance.

Sefa Octhere has been key part Of OneWay Sports since its was created. As a former collegiate athlete at McMaster University (USport), he competed at the highest level, where they were ranked.
Sefa embodies the values that drives our company. His time in high level basketball gave him valuable experience in player development programs and private training sessions, helping shape the generation of athletes. With a unique blend of financial and athletic skills, connections, and passion for basketball to a new chapter by joining the agency world with us at OneWay Sports.
Our Team
Youri Mutamba is the epitome of what it is to be a "players" Agent. His eagerness to always put others first and help in anyway he can is going to go far in this business. Youri has always been a student of the game and even got a closer look at basketball at a higher level in college as a varsity athlete.
Youri takes pride in developing relationships with the OneWay Sports family members that will last long well past their playing careers. Youri has become a student of the international game and learned and made many connections with coaches, general managers, and owners from across the world that allows us to connect with them for opportunities for our players. Youri is everything a player could ask for in someone on their side to represent them on their quest to fulfilling their basketball dream.
